Delno Terrace is subsidized low-income housing under Section 8 and is an Equal Housing Opportunities Residential Community. The rental fee is based on 30% of income. A security deposit is required – this should be equivalent to one month’s rent.

The building is handicapped accessible and altered apartments are available with roll-in showers. All units are unfurnished, allowing residents to bring their own furniture and decorate according to their own taste.

Our primary purpose is to provide housing facilities and services specifically designed to meet the physical, social and emotional needs of low-income seniors and physically disabled adults. Those objectives are met by promoting individual health, ensuring a safe and secure environment, and maintaining a sense of purpose for all residents so as to promote a higher quality of life.
